Do I need to have a lawn for the baby announcement stork sign installation?

Accepted Answer

Yes! To ensure the proper installation and safe display of our signs, we require a traditional residential lawn – an open space of grass with unobstructed soil. Unfortunately, we can't install signs in areas covered with rocks, pea gravel, concrete, mulch, flower beds, raised beds, garden pots, or thick landscaping. Additionally, signs can't be placed near public utility boxes, water mains, or other city, county, or state-owned structures to avoid any issues. Our team will securely drive a stake 10 inches into the ground to ensure the sign is properly installed. If you have any questions about installation or location requirements, feel free to reach out to us!

If you don't have a yard, we've got you covered! Order Just the Bundle for $60. These personalized bundles are great for those without yard space to hand on a front door. They are also perfect for nursery decoration or hospital doors.

When should I reserve a stork to welcome my new baby?

Accepted Answer

Please order your stork as soon as possible after your baby is born. This will ensure we have time to make your personalized bundle and arrange for delivery. We are not accepting advanced reservations at this time due to the possibility of unexpected early or late births. We aim to deliver your stork within 1-3 days after placing your order. We do accept advanced reservations for special occasion 1-day stork rentals.

How long can I rent the Stork Sign for?

For new baby announcements, you can rent our stork sign for a full 7 days, allowing your family and friends to enjoy the excitement. Planning an event? You can rent our cute stork signs for one day to add a touch of whimsy to your celebration.

Where will you install the newborn announcement sign in the yard?

Accepted Answer

We want to make sure your baby announcement stork sign is placed in the perfect spot for all your special moments and photo opportunities. By default, we stake the sign in the front yard, where it's easily visible from the road. If you have a specific location in mind, let us know before we arrive, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee an exact location of sign placement

Placing an order for our adorable stork signs is super easy! Share all the important details with us by filling out our online form. Payment is accepted at the time you place your order. We accept all major credit cards with our secure checkout using Square.

We deliver, install, and pick up in the City of Florence (including Whitehall, Woodland Park, Quinby, Kenwood Acres, and Winona areas) and the City of Darlington

How much does the new baby stork lawn sign cost? Do you charge any additional fees?

Accepted Answer

Our personalized 7-day rentals cost $125 and the generic 7-day rentals cost $100. Our personalized 1-day rentals cost $100 and the generic 1-day rentals cost $80. Optional monogramming is available for personalized bundles for an additional fee of $5. Deliveries within 10 miles of our base in Florence are included in the rental price. For deliveries 10-20 miles away, an additional $10 fee will be applied. Additional delivery fees will be calculated during online ordering based on your delivery address.

How much are sibling/message stars/dog bones and cat signs?

Accepted Answer

All personalized add-on signs including sibling stars, message stars, dog bones, and cats are $25. They may only be purchased with a yard stork rental.

What service do you offer for twins, triples?

Accepted Answer

If you have twins or multiples on the way, we can accommodate each of your babies. We offer individual signs for each baby in pink and/or blue. The twin stork rate is discounted (7-day rental of 2 personalized storks for $200 total or a 7-day rental of 2 generic storks for $170 total), so be sure to book your storks with the twin stork option! If you are interested in twin storks for a 1-day event or triplet stork options, please contact us for more details and pricing.

What Signs do you offer for proud grandparents?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 7-day stork rentals for new grandparents! You can choose from a personalized bundle (Proud grandparents of “name”) for $125 or a generic bundle (Proud grandparents of a baby boy!) for $100. Our personalized bundle will be left behind as a keepsake after the rental period.

Under what circumstances do you cancel an order?

Accepted Answer

You are able to cancel your order if we are notified within the same business day. Payment is received at the time of your online order. If you notify us by 7 pm of the ordering day, we will cancel your order and honor a refund.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We will provide a refund if you cancel your order within the same business day. If an extreme weather issue delays your delivery, you may opt for delivery as soon as the weather permits or to cancel your order. If you cancel due to weather delays, we will honor a full refund.

We will NOT offer a refund if we are unable to deliver your sign(s) due to:
- Neighborhood gates that do not have the code for or cannot access
- Pets who interfere with sign set up
- Cancellations made after the day of purchase
